Tea Note:

Hand-rolled with the tip of the tea leaf, the Pearl Jasmine has to go through seven process of flower scenting before it can be ready for the market. Classified as white tea, Pearl Jasmine's taste is a bit lighter than Oolong but has subtle but long last Jasmine fragrance, perfect for sunny afternoon or morning tea.


Brewing Advice: Pearl Jasmine can't be brew with boiling water because it's consist of very tender part of tea leaf, best use water after it has been cool down for 1 or 2 minutes after boiling.


Caution: When purchasing Pearl Jasmine, the fragrance should be natural not intrusive or there is a possibility of chemical infusion. When drinking Pearl Jasmine, the taste and fragrance of jasmine should not be overpowering the tea itself.

3rd: 1 min 20 sec.
